- Track their payment and invoicing status.
- Maintain compliance with TrustedTrucks' transport regulations.
Upgrading User Permissions
Depending on business needs, users can request role changes or additional permissions. To upgrade your role:
- Go to "Account Settings" in your dashboard.
- Select "User Role & Permissions" and review your current access.
- Submit a role upgrade request with necessary business verification documents.
- Wait for approval (usually processed within 24-48 hours).
🚨 Important: A user can hold both Forwarder and Carrier roles but cannot be a Shipper and Carrier at the same time. This prevents conflicts of interest in contract management.
